Reducing setup down time is allowing us to run these high end prints at low volumes” said Trent Romer, Vice President.
Process prints invoke photographic type imagery and fine screening. Historically, high end flexographic process prints are often reserved for high volume order quantities. “That is no longer the case at ClearView Packaging. Our three in house print presses can offer process prints in as low as 2,500 volumes per size. Process plates also can have a high print plate cost associated with the print. ClearView Packaging has its own internal graphics department which provides oft times for a lower plate cost. You no longer have to compromise the look and feel of your graphics in lower volumes,” Romer said.
ClearView Packaging will provide quotes within three hours and all constructions and film types are available. Typical manufacturing lead-time is three weeks from the point of art approval.
