We have received many requests for colored tinted custom polybags over the years and the minimums are oft times too high to help the client who is looking for smaller quantities. Colored custom material also typically takes longer to get from extruders as their processes usually mandate to group colored orders for efficiences.
To shorten leadtimes and offer lower bag minimums, we have began to stock some colored tinted material. The risk in stocking special material is there is not enough orders to support the stock on the floor. It seems there is enough inquiries to take the risk. Stocking the film will allow us to help more people over time meet their needs.
We now have in stock red, green, orange, blue and yellow 004 mil tinted material that we can slit to size and make any custom bag size from 2×2 to 20×20 in any quantity over 1,000. Custom polybag constructions include ziploks, tape bags, wicketted bags, vented bags, printed bags, header bags or dicut handle bags.
If you have an inquiry for another mil thickness (00125, 0015, 002, 003, 006), we can quote you 004 mil at the lower quantity. We can also quote you the mil desired at the minimum quantity required to get the special non-stock colored material.
We can send sample swatches of the material.
The picture shows a black line under the swatches to provide a look at the color of the stocked material and degree of tint.
